1. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Art Prints  (Print-on-Demand):

• Worldwide Free Shipping on all prints.

• Production & Delivery Time: 5–8 business days worldwide.

• Local Fulfillment: Prints are produced and shipped from the print facility closest to your delivery address (e.g., within the EU or USA) to ensure fast and sustainable delivery.

 

Original Artworks:

• Free Shipping within Sweden & the European Union (EU).

• Delivery Time:  5–8 business days.

• Ships directly from the artist in Sweden using a trackable courier service.

• Please note: Original artworks are currently only available for delivery within Sweden and the EU.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has dispatched.

 

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For art prints, production is localized in most major regions (including EU and USA) to minimize customs fees. For original artworks shipped within the EU, no customs duties apply. Any additional customs fees or taxes applied to shipments outside these zones are the responsibility of the customer.

4. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at art@gloatelier.se with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve it immediately.
